Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words or phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

Deposits and Payment Methods

betgoat accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrency USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM50.

All deposits received are processed into the User's account upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment processor. betgoat is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bank technical issues, or network disruptions.

Deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting purposes on the betgoat platform. betgoat reserves the right to request confirmation of the source of funds if any transaction raises suspicion of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made via the same payment methods used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the security checks required.

betgoat reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been fully met.
• Identity verification or supporting documents are still incomplete.

• The account balance is insufficient to cover the requested amount.

Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the User. betgoat does not impose any additional charges on approved withdrawal transactions.

Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Program

betgoat offers a 100% welcome bonus up to RM500 to new members. The wagering requirement that must be met is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If your deposit is RM1,200, the bonus received is RM500 (maximum cap), the balance becomes RM1,700, and your wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

The betgoat VIP Program offers three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% respectively. Advancement between tiers depends on the player's activity record and loyalty. VIP benefits are subject to their own conditions which may be amended from time to time.

All bonuses and promotions are for the personal use of the User only and are not transferable. betgoat reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or misuse of the promotions system.

Game Rules and Betting

The betgoat platform provides a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each game or betting market has its own specific rules and limits displayed within the game interface itself.

Users acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by actual events in the case of sports betting.
• Results recorded in the betgoat system are final in the event of any dispute.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless due to a technical error verified by the betgoat team.

User Responsibilities

Each User is responsible for:

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or technical problems beyond betgoat's control.
• Betting losses that are a normal result of gambling activity.
• The effects or consequences of platform use by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

betgoat's maximum total liability to any User at any time shall not exceed the actual account balance held in that User's account on the date the claim is submitted.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
